Biochemical Methane Potential (BMP) refers to the amount of methane gas produced by fermentation of a unit of organic material under anaerobic conditions.

BMP analysis is of great significance for understanding the efficiency and process stability of material fermentation, the scale and process design of biogas engineering, production optimization strategy and biogas engineering income evaluation.

In addition, it is also widely used in research fields such as SMA (methane-producing microbial community activity) and RGP (residual gas production potential of digested sludge), which is an important means to study the fermentation kinetic process and microbial activity characteristics.

Product introduction
The RTK BMP Automatic Methane Potential Test system is an analytical device for the management of BMP, which has the function of sample fermentation, collection, analysis and recording. The digestion unit consists of 18 separate reactors with mechanical agitation connected to a measurement host with the same number of channels with data acquisition and automatic recording, allowing users to monitor experiments on multiple groups of materials in real time. Web-based server mode, cross-platform control, and thus create good system stability. Users can easily access data, set it up and manage it on the LAN using a computer or mobile device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

(1) Based on GMC ultra-micro gas measurement technology, the measurement accuracy is high (1.0 mL), which is conducive to detailed research;
