Test principle

This method is used to evaluate the effects of application of test products in artificial soil on the survival of specified species of earthworms.

Earthworms of specified species, number, and weight were placed in a mixture of precisely defined artificial soil and a series of test products of different concentrations under controlled light and temperature conditions, and finally evaluated on days 7 and 14

The survival rate of earthworms, the behavior and pathological symptoms of earthworms were evaluated, and the changes of soil water content, pH and other parameters were recorded.
