The RTK PBDA-300 plastic biodegradation analyzer is used to test materials as organic compounds under controlled composting conditions to determine their final aerobic biodecomposition capacity and degree of disintegration by measuring the amount of carbon dioxide emitted.
Product introduction
Under controlled composting conditions, plastic samples are degraded to release CO2 gas, CO2 production is tested online in real time by gas sensors, and data is automatically recorded and saved by software. The ratio of the actual CO2 production to the theoretical CO2 production is the biodegradation rate of the sample. It can also monitor the production of O2 or other gases such as CH4, H2S, etc. It is convenient to evaluate and control the whole degradation process.
